Who we are and how we work

Harrogate Property Search was set up by Christina Barratt to protect the purchaser's interests in a similar way and to leave you with more time, money and peace of mind than previous moves may have done.

Led by her initial appreciation for buildings, Christina studied 'Historic Buildings' in Portsmouth where she developed an all round knowledge of eras, styles, and architectural history. Since then she progressed to work within estate agency for twelve years, during which time she worked for two of the major corporate companies and successfully managed several branches, ranging from small market towns to mainstream city offices. During this time, Christina achieved numerous awards in recognition of her skills at customer care, negotiation, business strategy, management and training.
